San Juan/Tailwater Micro Flies (67 Flies)
I get a lot of fly tiers that ask me to tie their small flies for them, either they struggle with the vision part of seeing a size 28 or the dexterity part of tying that small or they simply just don’t want to do it. In my years of Tying commercially I have tied thousands and thousands of flies size 20 and smaller and in this selection you will get many of my favorites. I have tied for several shops in New Mexico that catered to anglers going to the San Juan River so that is what many of these flies were designed for, I also know however that they work anywhere. I have used the emergers and annelids in lakes with amazing success. I also love this little box when I am fishing in the winter, or fishing rivers with good midge hatches.
Description - These flies are all Size 20 -28 and run the gamut from bright attractor larva to emergers to the subtle midge pupa’s. Patterns come in quantities of 2 or 3.
