Returns Policy
You may return unopened, non-custom flies within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item or defective fly)
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and provide any details about the item you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once we receive the return. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Shipping
We can ship to USPS recognized addresses in the USA. Flat rate standard ground USPS is $4.00. Expedited shipping available, rate TBD. Free shipping on orders over $75.00. Orders will be shipped via USPS unless otherwise specifically requested when you order.
Once you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you select.
