A smaller version of the san juan and squirmy worms - tied with a really bouncy rubber that when you are ticking bottom is irresistable.  I was first shown a version of this fly when fishing a balloon rig. A crazy technique for nymhing that allows you to fish really heavy weight in really fast water and not constantly loose everything and catch some big fish.  Great technique for Green River High Water.  I liked the look of this fly in the water so much I started fishing it on the San Juan river, and in lakes, and it has become another go to for me.  Give it a try and see what you think!
