After spending the better part of 30 years fishing Western trout streams from Montana to New Mexico and most places in between, I have come up with a box that will help you to catch fish in most places in the west and elsewhere. These flies work in many different situations that you might encounter from high water of spring to the dog days of summer and even into my favorite season - fall. I have used these flies on little freestone creeks, mountain lakes, big western rivers, and even tailwaters. This box is kind of a jack of all trades, master of none, do everything assortment.
